Once you reach out to us, we'll assign a dedicated case manager who will connect with you over a phone call. They will discuss your concerns and recommend certain tests that you need to undergo in your home country.

After you share your test reports, we will review them with our dentist. This step helps us understand the correct procedure, timeframe, and cost involved in your treatment.

Video call consultation
We will arrange a video call with the relevant doctor in India who will be responsible for your treatment. This call allows you to discuss your treatment requirements and address any doubts you may have. Your case manager, who also acts as an interpreter, will be present during the call and assist you throughout your trip in India.

Quotation and travel arrangements
After the doctor's consultation, we will provide you with a quotation for the dental treatment. If you approve the quotation, we will proceed to discuss not only your travel and accommodation needs but also your food lifestyle preferences. We understand the importance of maintaining a suitable diet during your dental voyage, and our team will assist you in arranging meals that align with your dietary requirements and preferences.

Trip planning
We will coordinate with you to plan your arrival and departure dates based on your treatment requirements. Once finalised, we will assist you in booking a flight from your home country to India.

Commencement of treatment
Upon your arrival at Mumbai airport, your case manager (also your interpreter) will be there to receive you. They will accompany you throughout your treatment journey, ensuring that everything goes according to plan.
